What does the crawler inspect?
It checks robots.txt, sitemap.xml, rendered pages, headings, visible text, canonicals, hreflang, schema JSON-LD, internal links, image alt text, noindex signals, and common technical SEO risks.
Which AI systems are included?
OpenAI-based analysis, Perplexity prompt checks, and Google PageSpeed Insights are supported through server-side provider adapters when configured. Anthropic and other answer engines remain modular future providers and are not counted as live observed evidence until enabled.
What is an observed mention?
An observed mention is a brand or competitor reference found during a prompt check. It should be treated as evidence from that run, not a permanent or guaranteed ranking.
Can I audit multilingual websites?
Yes. The audit form supports broad target markets and major website languages. Some provider outputs still depend on the configured engine, available evidence, and language quality of the audited site.
